3. Image Licensing

3.1 Stock Images (Paid)

Purchased images come with a royalty-free license allowing:

• Commercial use in advertising, marketing, and publications
• Digital use on websites, social media, and apps
• Print use in magazines, brochures, and products

Restrictions:

• No resale or redistribution of original files
• No use in defamatory, illegal, or adult content
• No trademark registration of images

3.2 Free Gallery Images

Free images may be used for:

• Personal projects and portfolios
• Non-commercial social media posts with credit
• Educational purposes

4. Photography Sessions

Booking a session requires:

• A 30% non-refundable deposit
• Signing a model release (if applicable)
• 48-hour cancellation notice for full refund of remaining balance

5. Payments

We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards). All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. VAT is included where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and materials on this website are owned by Fotografiescu or licensed to us. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
