  • Photography Sessions — Professional photo shoots including portrait, fashion, and commercial photography
  • Subscription Plans — Monthly packages for regular image downloads

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • Restricting access to your computer or device

  • Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment

5. Image Licenses

When you purchase or download images from Fotografiescu, you receive a license to use the image according to the license type selected:

Standard License Web, social media, blogs, presentations, up to 500,000 copies
Extended License All Standard uses + unlimited copies, merchandise, products for resale
Free Gallery (Personal) Personal, non-commercial use only

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT: redistribute images as-is, use in defamatory/illegal content, claim ownership, use in AI training datasets, or resell without Extended License.

6. Photography Sessions

For booked photography sessions:

  • Booking Confirmation — Sessions are confirmed upon deposit payment
  • Cancellation — Free cancellation with 48+ hours notice; see Refund Policy
  • Model Releases — Required for commercial use of session photos
  • Image Delivery — Edited photos delivered within the timeframe specified in your package

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including images, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Fotografiescu or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Purchasing a license grants you specific usage rights but does NOT transfer copyright ownership. Fotografiescu retains all intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fotografiescu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Any unauthorized access to your data
